Site Mapped collects only the information needed to monitor the websites you ask us to monitor, deliver alerts and reports, manage your subscription, and prevent abuse.

Information we process

Login details handled by Supabase Auth, organization and website settings, URLs you submit for monitoring, bounded scan results, alert and report delivery records, PayPal subscription identifiers and status, and any support messages you send to us.

How we use it

To operate the service, enforce plan limits, send the alerts and reports you signed up for, prevent abuse of URL fetching and email systems, reconcile billing, and respond to your support requests. We don't sell or rent your information.

Service providers

Site Mapped runs on infrastructure and service providers including Supabase, PayPal, the deployment host, and a transactional email provider. Payment card and wallet details are handled by PayPal, we never see or store them.

Retention

Scan history and email events are retained according to the retention window of your plan. When you cancel a paid plan we preserve your data through the previous plan's retention window so you don't lose context immediately.
