To help us help you faster, include:
- The email on your Site Mapped account.
- Your organization name as it appears on the dashboard.
- The monitored website (URL).
- A short description of what you're seeing.
- Your PayPal subscription ID for billing-related issues (visible on the billing page).
Response times
We aim to reply to every email within one business day. Security issues marked clearly in the subject line jump the queue.
