Refund Policy

Paid plans are billed through PayPal Subscriptions. Users can cancel from the billing page without contacting Site Mapped.

Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If PayPal confirms a refund, reversal, cancellation, suspension, expiry, or failed payment, Site Mapped may automatically downgrade or restrict paid plan access.
